VODKA

It is an alcoholic beverage generally made from grain (corn, rye, or wheat) or potatoes, with grain accounting for nearly all of the vodka available on the international market.

Vodka is rectified spirit, meaning it is distillated at least three times, and then filtered (the most important step), typically through charcoal, although some distillers claim to employ diamond dust and even quartz crystals.

Creating a pure spirit with no additives except for water; and basically colorless, tasteless, and odorless.

Vodka  In USA

Vodka was introduced in the United Estates commercially in 1934, and, in the 1970s and 1980s, became the # 1 selling spirit in USA.
